Sam’s passion for healthcare and helping people led him to become an osteopath. Sam enjoys treating all kinds of patients and is particularly interested in working with people suffering from acute injuries to become pain free as quickly as possible. He believes that finding the primary cause of a person’s pain is the key to recovery, and excels in finding the right diagnosis.

After completing a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Physiology) at Otago University, he moved to Auckland looking for a more practical application to health: he found osteopathy to be the perfect answer. Sam hopes to continue his professional development with further education concerning the treatment and management of people who suffer from chronic pain.

Kaspara Chaise

  • ACC Registered Osteopath
  • Registered with the Osteopathic Council of New Zealand
  • Master of Osteopathy - Unitec
  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Biology) – Unitec

Kaspara was born in New Zealand from French parents, and spent her childhood between Tauranga and Chambery, a small town in the French Alps. She first received an osteopathic treatment in Paris when she was 15, without knowing what to expect. She was instantly fascinated by the idea of helping the body heal with hand-on techniques, and knew this was the profession she wanted to be a part of.

Kaspara went on to carry out the Master of Osteopathy offered by Unitec, and wrote a thesis on the treatment of migraine by osteopaths. Her research in this area offers insight into techniques and approaches to help those suffering from this condition, and is applied through her clinical practice. Kaspara wishes to continue research on migraine in the future and offer specialized care for people who experience migraine.

Kaspara has many other interests aside from osteopathy, and is always more than happy to discuss anything pertaining to dogs, art, ecology, politics, dogs and sociology! And dogs, she loves dogs.
